Group workouts are open to the entire WCC community, so bring your partner! 
Vital Force group classes offer a dynamic mix of full-body exercises designed to boost energy and strength. Classes will include a mix of:

• weight training for both upper and lower body
• step aerobics
• interval training
• kickboxing
• core strengthening

Classes also include a warm-up and cool-down/stretch to ensure a balanced and effective workout! High-energy music will keep the momentum up and motivate participants throughout the session. The goal is to get moving! Modifications are offered as needed.
